Community Healing Circles

Community healing circles are gatherings aimed at fostering emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being within a community. These circles offer various holistic practices to promote healing and growth.

The sessions may include:

  1. **Community Auricular Acupuncture**: A form of acupuncture focused on the ear, known for its relaxation and stress-relief benefits. Participants receive acupuncture in a group setting, promoting a sense of shared healing.

  1. **Yoga Nidra for the Inner Child**: Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that induces deep relaxation and introspection. These sessions specifically target healing and nurturing the inner child, addressing past traumas and emotional wounds.

  1. **Kirtan - Voice Healing Sessions**: Kirtan is a form of devotional chanting that involves call-and-response singing. It serves as a powerful tool for self-expression, emotional release, and spiritual connection. Participants come together to chant and harmonize, experiencing the healing power of sound and collective energy.

These sessions are offered once a month and cater to individuals ranging from teenagers to adults, providing a safe and supportive space for personal exploration and transformation. Teenagers are welcome to attend free of charge, but booking in advance is required to ensure space availability and to facilitate a smooth experience for all participants. Through these practices, participants can cultivate inner peace, resilience, and a sense of community connection.
